FESTIVE GREETINGS What a year it has been for all of us at PWTC and how fast time has flown . We seem to have sailed through the first year of the new millennium in the blink of an eye. Business was good this year ,all due to the support of our valued clients . So we're taking this opportunity to say a big "thank you" to you. We're pleased that clients have expressed satisfaction with our service and have brought their business back to us . Some new clients, too,have come our way and we hope that they will think of us the next time around.That is ultimately our aim -to have you return, year after year. Several international events have been confirmed at PWTC for 2001 including the PATA 50th Annual Conference, a gathering of delegates from the Asia Pacific travel industry ; 89th World Dental Congress; 1st Asian Congress on Medical Laboratory Science ; and the 10th World Economic Development Congress. So it looks like 2001 will be equally exciting. Before we venture into the new year , let's first enjoy the coming festivities, which are just around the corner. MAPEX 2000 Malaysia Property Expo(MAPEX) 2000,held from November 8-12 at PWTC, showcased residential,commercial,industrial as well as leisure propertiesworth about RM8b to meet the varied needs of buyers and investors . A Special Bumiputera Home Ownership Scheme was also launched during the expo to give bumiputera buyers an additional 5-15% discount for residential properties.Those who were unable to visit the expo physically can visit the website 365 days of the year at www.apanca.com for information on the property market .

MOTORING IN THE NEW MILLENIUM    Southeast Asia's largest motor show,covering over 20,000 s.q.m,was housed at PWTC from November 25 - December 4.The Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (KLIMS) 2000 saw the participation of 120 companies showcasing thier latest automobiles,car accessories,audio and parts . Among the highlights of the exhibition were five concept cars,namely Hyundai Santa Fe ,Mazda NexTourer,Nissan Stylish 6,Nissan Trailrunner and Toyota Celica Cruising Deck .Visitors also had the chance to view the latest models such as Citroen C5, launched for the first time in Asia as well as Alfa 147.
