Inside Sources
The year was 1993. Dianah Mahmud had decided to leave her job with a major property consultancy firm to take on the challenge of heading the property division of Putrade Property Management. PPM was then (and still is) managing both the Putra World Trade Centre and the adjacent office tower, Menara Dato' Onn.

Whereas in those days, Menara Dato' Onn was mainly occupied by government offices, these days it boasts a good tenant mix comprising embassies, trade missions, government agencies, foreign consultants and financial consultants.

Its popularity is mainly attributed to its prime location and easy accessibility to buses, taxis, the LRT and KTM commuter train. In addition, it is well equipped with 12 high speed lifts, lease lines and internet ready lines and 850 carpark bays. Atop the building is also a helipad . Facilities in the adjoining PWTC include a surau, restaurant, cafe, bank, post office, photo shop, florist, carpet outlet, beauty salon and money changer. "All these value-added facilities and service make this a one-stop centre for tenants. Tenants even get to enjoy preferential rates when booking their meetings and events at the PWTC, " added Dianah.
